WELCOME TO THE SUMMER EDITION OF OUR DAILY WORD PROMPTS NOW POSTED IN A ONCE WEEKLY FORMAT–yes, still a full week’s worth of words all rolled into one!
Given that I am now doing all of the words for the week in one post, it’ll give those of us in different time zones plenty of time to think, write, and publish. Feel free to write as often as you like, even once weekly is fine. For those of you who don’t wish to contribute daily, maybe you can challenge yourself to include some or all of the words into one post. Either way, have fun! Of course, if you’d rather just peruse others’ entries, that’s perfectly okay too. Remember to check our tag daily, so that you can see the jibberjabber posts for each day’s new word.
For the week of August 12th – 18th, keep the following word prompts handy:
August 12: Draw
August 13: Approval
August 14: Learn
August 15: Beautiful
August 16: Room
August 17: Green
August 18: Parent
Remember to tag your own posts with the words, jibberjabber. Photographers/poets, I am sure that you will have something that you can contribute to these prompts as well, if you wish.
Please feel free to use the above words as a jumping off point for you in your own blogpost; you write your own posts, tag them with the words, jibberjabber, as well as whatever other tags you wish, you publish them on your site, and if interested, participants can search out the tag. Please remember to read and comment on one another’s blogposts. With all due respect, I am not looking to promote other bloggers’ work on my personal site since I may not have time to review all of the posts, hence the tagging system.
If you intend on tagging your blogposts with, jibberjabber, please keep any content on the ‘up and up’–nothing inappropriate since I am extending this opportunity as a gesture of good faith as a fellow WP writer. Given that this is a social media site, I feel obligated to add in that caveat along with the disclaimer that each blogger in the WordPress community controls their own content and that their individual posts/views are in no way reflective of those on my personal blogsite.
Now that all of the semantics are out of the way, let’s get to some writing or photos for the week’s word prompts. I will have a new set of words ready for you on August 19th, so be sure to check back.
