Searching Everywhere

Searching, looking,

Where could they be?

Is it just me?  I really can’t see.

I rummage, I uncover,

I forge ahead on a mission.

Searching, looking,

Everywhere.

They just have to be here,

I last left them where?

Try as I might,

I just can’t remember!

Frustrated, panicked,

I must calm down,

They are NOWHERE to be found?!?

It just doesn’t make sense,

Until I reach unto my head,

They’ve been there all along,

Boy…. IS my face ever red!!!!!
